  • Peninsula Arts & Culture Alliance (PACA) is a monthly networking group that supports and promotes events & opportunities for the local arts and culture community in South Surrey & White Rock. Established in 2017, PACA is comprised of arts-based businesses, non-profit organizations and city representatives. In January of 2023, PACA and the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce joined forces in which PACA is now a subset of the Chamber. We are excited to continue supporting the local arts community through the Chamber's various benefits, events, and marketing collaborations.
