From one building on Alberni Street in Vancouver to a range of projects across North America, our experience in helping shape neighbourhoods includes Woodwards, the revitalization of an entire city block through the addition of market and non-market residential, institutional, and retail uses to the historic Gastown landmark; Shangri-La Vancouver and Toronto, the hotel brand's first ever locations in North America; The Fairmont Pacific Rim, an iconic landmark in Vancouver's Waterfront; and Mirvish Village, a purpose-built rental community in Toronto with a new public market, parks, community hub, and gathering places.
