For more than five decades, SWR has earned a reputation for hard work, fair dealings, and a pursuit of excellence. Growing from humble beginnings, the SWR journey began in 1970 when John Kubus started a small drain cleaning company to provide for his family. Since those early days, SWR has grown to be one of the Lower Mainland’s most respected family-run firms, offering services in plumbing, drainage/excavation, and many specialized services for various customer needs.

SWR is guided by the second-generation leadership, Joseph Kubus, who continues to embrace the industry’s innovation that has propelled us forward over the decades. Joe has been actively involved with the local community by donating a percentage of the profit to junior athletic teams and a wide variety of community and non-profit organizations
