    The Hon. Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay currently serves in the Parliament of Canada as the Member of Parliament for the riding of South Surrey—White Rock in British Columbia. She is the first woman in the Conservative Party to hold the office of Chief Opposition Whip. Kerry-Lynne grew up primarily on Vancouver Island, graduating as a boarder at Crofton House School in Vancouver, and started UBC at age 16. Kerry-Lynne then established a successful law practice in downtown Vancouver in civil litigation, family law, employment law, aboriginal land issues, and mediation, appearing in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Kerry-Lynne lives in South Surrey with her husband, Brent Chapman, a locally based actor and director. They are proud parents of four children, and grandparents of a growing family.
