COVID-19 Virtual Town Hall for South Surrey/White Rock - May 29th
In light of the ongoing evolving situation due to COVID-19 and its serious impact to local businesses and residents, the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce is hosting a series of biweekly virtual Town Halls for the community. Everyone is welcome to participate, Chamber members and non-members.
During this week's Chamber Virtual Community Town Hall for South Surrey/White Rock important updates will be shared, including:
- WorkSafeBC guidelines specific to restaurants, salons, fitness studios, gyms, and in-person counselling;
- The Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance program.
- Construction update affecting businesses, schools and residents near Morgan Crossing/Grandview
- Timing of re-opening the White Rock promenade, pier and parking
Representatives from Fraser Health and our local elected officials are working closely together and will also be on hand to answer questions and listen to concerns that have arisen. The following representatives are confirmed:
