Hilarapy Comedy Therapy Course (with Show)This Ten-Week Course is an invitation into a deeper, richer experience of self through the transformative power of authentic, vulnerable connection combined with play, creativity, and shadow work. This dynamic modality is a creative, empowering, process-oriented course revealing that happiness is a result rather than a goal. The experience of connection transcends happiness, encompassing the full spectrum of the human condition and beyond to our spiritual existence.
Take a creative, empowering, process-oriented journey through inner resistance and fear, to ultimately expose the truth that self-confidence and self-love are a result rather than a goal. Participants will have the opportunity to:• challenge fears and limitations head-on in healthy ways
• take ‘ownership’ of their story without need for sympathy or approval
• write and perform a 5–7-minute comedy set with confidence and self-respect
• join a loving, supportive community
• discover tools to open to the inherent creative flow available to allCourse Dates:
