    • Manage email, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks.
    • Conduct research, coordinate travel arrangements, and support project management.
    • Handle basic financial tasks and provide customer service support.
    • Manage social media content scheduling and engagement.


    • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of social media and project management tools is a plus.


    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to changing priorities.
