WHAT HAS CHANGED
We’ve introduced some Important new protocols to keep our customers and staff safe and mobile.
1. No contact estimates and repairs.
We are offering drive in service where you can wait in the comfort of your own vehicle. We’ll happily greet you at your car to discuss your repair needs or you are welcome in our reception area only one at a time please.
2. Convenient two-way valet service.
Thanks to our Two-Way Valet Service. We can come to your home to pick up your damaged vehicle for an estimate and repair, then return it to you washed, cleaned, vacuumed and sanitized after it’s been repaired. And if you need one, we’ll bring you a fully cleaned and sanitized replacement vehicle. Approvals and payment are all done by phone or email. Please contact your nearest location to see if our Two-Way Valet Service will be convenient and work for you.
3. Cleaning and sanitizing to ensure customer and staff safety.
At all our collision center’s we are regularly disinfecting all high-traffic surfaces. Plus, we’ve modified our waiting areas to eliminate touchpoints and maximize social distancing.
Before commencing vehicle repairs in the shop, your vehicle will be fully sanitized, then fitted with a disposable seat cover. Once it’s been repaired, it will be thoroughly washed, cleaned and sanitized inside and out, then refitted with a disposable driver’s seat cover before being handed back to you.
Every Craftsman replacement vehicle will be cleaned and sanitized inside and out – before and after any customer has use of the vehicle.
We believe these measures will help protect you and our staff without in any way compromising the amazing quality and service we at Craftsman have always been known for.
