White Rock Elks 431 Ukrainian Fundraiser Dinner and Dance, Concert, Fashion Show, and Silent Auction
We are excited to announce this year's Ukrainian Fundraiser Dinner, Dance, Concert, and Silent Auction.
Last years White Rock Elks Ukrainian fundraiser brought in close to $30,000 to support children and elderly trapped in war-torn Ukraine.
The contributors to last years event included, live music by Richard Tichelman, and local bands The Vagabonds, and the Willoughby Ridge Bluegrass Band.
Proceeds from a silent auction and a traditional Ukrainian banquet were passed on to the Lower Mainland Ukrainian community, to ensure it reached those of greatest need in the homeland.
Several Ukrainian Ladies led by Oleksandra Makogonska, of Moby Dick Restaurant, prepared traditional Kielbasa, Perogies, Borscht, and Cabbage Rolls for take-away purchase. Traditional Ukrainian food will be offered for sale this year also.
May 27th 2023 White Rock Elks 431 Ukrainian Fundraiser will feature Ukrainian children in concert and fashion show in traditional Ukrainian costume..
Music and Dance featuring one of White Rock Elks most popular entertainers, Lou Marocco. Lou entertains frequently in the White Rock Elks Lounge.
