Beach Day! Clean Up Invasive Blackberry & Litter at West Beach, White Rock!
Join the Lower Mainland Green Team's beach cleanup on Saturday September 23rd from 9:45am-1pm at West Beach in White Rock!
We will be removing as much invasive Himalayan blackberry as we can to improve biodiversity in this dune ecosystem!
We will also have litter pickers available to clean up litter on the beach.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, all ages and abilities welcome! Gloves, tools, snacks and educational instruction provided.
